How do credits work?

Credits are consumed for each transcript generation or API call. Currently, one credit is consumed per transcript generation, regardless of video length. Similarly, each API call consumes one credit. In the future, we may adjust the credit consumption model based on video length (longer videos may require more credits). Any changes to the credit system will be carefully considered and discussed with our subscribers before implementation.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can continue using your free monthly quota, or purchase additional credits. We'll notify you when your credits are running low.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, your new rate will take effect in the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a refund policy?
